Proxima Code within Nordics

With the Proxima platform, the Norwegian IT company Proxima Code is in the process of establishing itself broadly within the Nordic market for banking, real estate, and insurance. Proxima Code has for many years developed solutions to handle the follow-up of sales tips and customer inquiries – so-called leads. Now the platform has been further developed and adopted by a number of major players in the Nordic region. One of the customers actively using Proxima is Nordea. The collaboration started in Norway, but after documenting good results, the group has also adopted the solution in Sweden. This platform has helped us structure both internal and external collaborations in a neat and efficient way, says Kim Eriksson at Nordea Gothenburg. In Sweden, Nordea has adopted the platform in collaboration with, among others, Mäklarhuset and Svensk Fast to ensure that all potential loan customers receive good follow-up in connection with real estate transactions carried out by the agents. Privatmegleren, Tryg, and Gjensidige In Nordea Norway, Proxima is successfully used to coordinate leads and follow-up on loan requests between the bank and the bank's own real estate agent chain, Privatmegleren. At the same time, the platform is used with partners in the insurance sector, such as Tryg and Gjensidige.
